09:03 pm - Very Busy Life
Balticon is next weekend and I am starting to get excited. We haven't even seen a list of events, yet. It is always a fun weekend for me. I will be volunteering over the weekend. I am thinking of working Sunday to get a place to sleep for an extra night or maybe keep to my Saturday and Sunday plan. We will see.
I hope to get to the meeting on Sunday for Anime USA. It doesn't look good since the person who gets me to the last point of the trip is going to be late. If I don't hear anything by friday night, I am going to send an update to Mark with some questions I would like answered.
My mom is going to be away tomorrow and Friday. She is going to Atlantic City and hope she has a good time at it. It means I have to call for taxi's, which means I can be late for work. I hate not having time to settle into work and get my priorities going. I share a car with her and it is easier for her to drive to meet the bus.

06:04 pm - The con running continues to bite me
I had a lovely time up in Atlantic City, NJ yesterday. I didn't come back with all of the money I brought, but I did come home with some. That is better than most trips there. The tough part of traveling is the bus ride. I loathe long distance Bus trips where you spend more than two hours on a bus. I personally enjoy taking trains or flying more than Bus Trips. My first long bus trip was from Baltimore, MD to Ithaca, NY and had more layovers than you could have hoped for. It still leaves with a bad taste in my mouth for bus travel.
I am going to be helping to run a con in a lackey role. I will be Registration staff at Anime Boston. You won't see my signature change on AB forums until the Secretary receives it. I will not get as much con runner meeting around, as I will be behind the Registration desk and not arriving until Friday morning. It will be nice to help a very nice con happen. Anime Boston seems to be one of the better cons out there. It is only a month away, so there will be alot of information to be provided in the next month.

09:00 am - Busy weekend for me
Tomorrow is my 29th Birthday and I am glad that I am going away tomorrow just to get away from work. I am going to Atlantic City to try my hand again at Poker. I am not good at bluffing, I would throw away my position on the button due to having bad cards. I do better at BlackJack, but I can't seem to find a $5 table at REsorts for Blackjack. I will try to find a $5 table for Blackjack at one of the casinos in AC. I got my Anime Boston plans in some order with a flight, room (if I am not on staff) and a badge. I applied to be part of Registration staff, so I am seeing if that will happen.
